Shipping policy

Once your order has been placed, the processing of your order, the manufacture of our products and the shipment of your order (Free delivery) takes between 12 to 20 days. However, due to the special conditions of COVID, delivery times can be extended but don't worry, the delivery will be made as soon as possible with the postal services.

We offer for all our customers free delivery anywhere in the world.

You can choose the Secure Delivery which protects your order against theft, loss, and breakage that may occur during the delivery of your parcel for the price of $5.99.

It is possible that one or more items according to your order do not reach you at the same time.
This is normal, it could have been sent in more than one parcel.

Your products can be delivered in several parcels. Don't worry the rest of your order is on the way and will arrive shortly. 


Your package is lost or damaged ? Our "Secure Delivery" protects you from all disputes. Retro-Worlds assumes 100% responsibility and will immediately send you a new parcel at our expenses. 

In case of a problem with your order, do not hesitate to contact us. Our team will help you as soon as possible to solve your problem.

Cancel my Order and Returns

You can send your package back to us in case of a product defect.

The quality of our articles is subject to a very strict control before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defect, please send us a photo of the product (in the original packaging if possible) with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

You have 14 days to return the product, after receiving it we will refund the full amount of your order.

Yes of course, you can add or remove items in your cart if your order is not "in process". 
You have 12 hours to contact us after your payment to modify your order. 

Yes, you can cancel your order.
We recommend you to contact us maximum 12 hours after placing your order before it is being processed. 

If the order is already being prepared, the cancellation fee will however be 40% of the purchase price. 
Please contact us if you have any doubts so that we can solve your problem as quickly as possible.

Please, before ordering you can check our size guide that you'll be able to find in the description page of any product.

The buyer assumes full responsibility for products that are too small / large.

Contact us if you encounter this type of problem, our team will do everything to satisfy you (by offering you a compensation for example).

Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email. Keep this e-mail and the number of your order as proof of your purchase on our shop. In case of assistance with our support, we will ask you for these informations in order to solve your problem.
